about

A somber, entrancing tune about the end of days and the folly of man, to be featured on our first LP.

lyrics

Lyrics

I met a man on top of a hill
He said, "Don't be afraid"
I was frozen still
He said, "Don't ya know you can't fly that way
Not 'fore ya listen to what I have to say."

He showed me a town sent back to dust
He said that people turn their backs on the men they trust
Those peaceful men, they were vengeful now
They burned their golden city to the ground.

The man froze
And shook his head
"I've seen it all before and I know that you will see it, my friend
'Till the sun's dark and the gods are dead."
